六、教学流程:
Step 1. Warming-up
Greetings each other.
TPR活动
The teacher says and the students do: run, jump, play football, go swimming...
Step 2. Presentation
Get some students to do actions, and others guess what is meaning.
Ask the students to read the title of unit 5, and learn the new progressive: present progressive.
Play the video and ask the students to think and answer: who are they? Then play the video again, and try to answer what they are doing.
Step 3. Practice
1. Play the video and get the students to read the text, and pay attention to pronounce the words and the sentences: writing an email, washing the clothes, hold on, please.
2. Ask the students to role play.
Step 4. Language use
Get the students to make some groups and make the short dialogues, ask them to use the present progressive, and then to act it out in groups.
