Step one: Warm up
Show them an apple tree and then pick apples. Each apple has a month in it. Read the month loudly after picking one apple. Ask the students which month they like best and then lead in which month the teacher likes best.
T: Here is an apple tree and now let’s pick apples. The first one is...
S: January.
T: The second is ...
S: February
T: ... (until the tenth one, October)
T: Which month do you like best?
S: I like January best...
T:Can you guess which month I like best?

The students guess which month the teacher likes best. Then the teacher tells them the favourite month is November.
