T: look at the picture,this is Dora. May Day is coming .She is going to Beijing by train. Do you want to her?
S:Yes.
T: OK, Let’s go.
Look at the map, where are you and Dora going?
S:We are going to Beijing.
Then practice the sentences.
Look at the pictures , then ask:
T: Where are you going? S: We are going to .
T: Where are you going to visit? S: We are going to visit .
T: How can you get there? S: By .
Then answer the questions. Learn to words and sentences.
( Learn and introduce these cities. eg : This is Hangzhou. It’s in Zhejiang Province in the east of China. The famous place there is the West Lake. This is Xi’an. It’s in Shanxi Province.)
(2)PPT show pictures of famous places in China. Teacher ask the students to look at the pictures and say it in English .
eg.We are going to hangzhou by plane.
