Step One:Class opening
Greeting:用学生熟悉的用语问候学生。
Lead in:创设小猴子过生日的情境
Today is the monkey’s birthday.He will have a party.Now it’s dark.Animals will go home.Where do they live?
Sing a song“Happy Birthday”，既活跃了课堂气氛，又为下文创设情境做了铺垫。
Step Two:Presentation
Learn the new words:forest、river、tree、grass。
利用不同的方法教授新单词，并贴单词图片到黑板上。
幻灯片出示森林的图片，引出单词forest,利用大小声、男女生分读的方法学习forest。
幻灯片出示播放河流流水的声音，让学生听且猜单词，引出river，运用打地鼠游戏操练单词river。
幻灯片出示单词tree,引出新词tree,运用游戏操练单词tree。
利用半遮盖grass的方法，呈现单词grass，运用小手枪读单词的游戏练习单词grass。

教师创设小动物找家的情境，引出句型：Where does a...live?\Where does it live?
T:Now the bird will go home.I want to know:Where does a bird live? S:In a tree.
用相同的方法学习句型：Where does a panda\ fish... live?

Pair work:小组合作比赛，表演本课重点句型对话。
