教学重、难点

重点:能听懂、会说、会读新单词如spring,summer,autumn,winter,warm,hot,cool,cold,能用“I like spring./I don’t like summer.”和“Spring is warm.”与他人谈论某地四季的天气情况。

难点:spring的发音。/sp/发音较难,要引导学生观察口形,仔细听,模仿读。

四、教学准备

用于复习单词的图片(warm/......),用于新授单词的图片,单词卡片、点读机、多媒体课件等。

Step 1 Warm-up/Revision

Greetings.

T:Nice to meet you! How are you?

Let’s sing together.《How is the weather》

Revision:What’s the weather like?(出示各种天气的图片)rainy/sunny/cold/hot/cool/warm.T:-What’s the weather like in spring?-It’s warm. T:Yes, spring is warm.Today we will learn Unit 2 Spring is warm.(板书课题)教读两遍。

课件展示:四人一组,试读课本第6页B部分的单词,看看你们能读出几个单词?小组讨论,哪些单词是三年级已经学过的?

情境创设

(1)新授单词和句型

出示长沙春天的图片:T:Oh,it’s Changsha.--Which season is this? S:--It’s spring.出示单词卡片“spring”,师教读,生开火车读。板书:I like spring.师教读。T:What’s the weather like in spring in Changsha? S:It’s warm.出示卡片:Spring is warm.师教读,分大组读。T:Do you like spring in Changsha? Ss:Yes,I like spring in Changsha.T:Why? Ss:Spring is warm./Spring is beautiful./Spring is green./We can fly a kite......齐读I like spring in Changsha.Spring is warm.

Miss Chen likes spring,too.But,I don’t like summer.出示图片、单词summer,教读summer,指名读,小老师领读。T:I don’t like summer.Why? 引出:Summer is hot.教读,4个、6个、8个同学一起读。T:Do you like summer? Which season is this?引出“autumn”,师教读,指名学生拼读,全班拼读,a-u-t-u-m-n,autumn,autumn。T:What’s the weather like in autumn in Beijing?引出“Autumn is cool.”师教读,指名读,小老师领读。T:I like autumn in Beijing.How about you?
