Step1. Organization of Class

Group division and declare the rules of our class competition.
Warm-up activities:clap hands with teacher.
Step2. Lead-in
Watch a flash video about films.
Free talk:
Do you like films?
What kind of films do you like?
Induct our topic: We’re going to have a film festival. We’re going to do some research. Do you know how to do some research?
Listen the recording and order the pictures of research steps.
Step3 Presentation and Drill
Show students a picture, and teach students the new phrases: read and find information.
According to the picture, teacher inducts students to say the whole sentence: We’re going to read and find information.
Then inducts the second step: collect pictures. Practice the phrase with the target sentences.
Show students a question mark and guides students to guess the third step, then leads the new phrase: study and think. Practice the phrase with the target sentences.
Teacher does an action of writing and guides students to learn the target phrase: write a report.
