Sing a song. “Looking for friends”

Step2 Presentation

New worlds 出示卡通人物图片,创设情境学习新单词

T:Who is she ?

Ss:She is XiaoWanzi.

T:What does she look like?

S1:She is young/tall...

S2:She has short/long hair...

T: What is he/she like?(引导学生说出人物的性格特点)

Ss:She/He is kind /friendly/smart/active/serious.

2.Practice 多种方式操练单词和句型(大小声,叮咚,PK等)

3. Part C Pair work

Give some cards to the children then let them talk about their character.

Step3 Let’s learn Part A

1. T: Look, this is Peter’s grandpa.Listen to the tape, and try to find what Peter’s grandpa looks like? Please underline the key words when you listen to the dialogue.

2. Group work: Answer the questions.

Questions:Q1: What does Peter’s grandpa look like?

Q2: What does Peter’s grandpa teach?

Q3: what does he love?

Listen and check the answer.

4.Listen and repeat.听音,跟读对话。(提醒学生注意模仿语调,重读含有形容词的句子。)
