四、教学策略:
强调学生自主学习,培养学生学习英语的习惯。主要采用任务型教学方法和小组合作讨论的方法。
教学目标:
1、知识目标:掌握的词汇及短语: different, cute, twelve, thirteen, funny, almost, glass, be from, look cute, short blond hair, three black hairs.
掌握的句型: What does he / she look like ? He / She is ... or He / She looks...
2、能力目标: 能用英语描述人的外貌并初步掌握have 和 has 的语法。
3、情感目标: 善于发现他人优点,广交朋友。

2.能用英语描述某人的外貌并正确使用have 和has。
教学难点:能用英语介绍他人并熟练运用have 和 has。
教学过程:
Step一、 Lead in. 用Do you know who he / she is? He / She is...和 I am tall. He is short.的句子导入Lesson 18 We All Look Different!
Step二、 Learn the new words. 让个别学生领读单词,其余学生齐读单词。在读完单词后对这些单词给出例句,让学生在句子中理解并掌握本课的词汇,并为课文的学习做好铺垫。
Step三、1、 Show the pictures to learn the sentences “ What does he / she look like? He / She is...or He / She looks...”
2、 Work in pairs. Let students practice “ What does he / she look like? He / She is...or He / She looks...” and let students act out the dialogue.
Step 四、 1、Show the picture of Wang Junkai to let students learn how to introduce oneself. And let some students introduce themselves in the front of the classroom.
2、Let students write down their introduction on a piece of paper and put it into a box.
Step 五、 Let’s play game. Let students choose a piece of paper and introduce others.
Step 六、 Listening. Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.
