My hobby
My hobby is reading or watching all about detective. Maybe some of you think it is boring or scary, but I like it very much.
(Describe your hobby: What is your hobby? How do you think of the hobby?)
The hobby started at the age of ten when I received Sherlock Holmes from my friend. What impressed me most was Sherlock’s intelligence. He could infer people’s jobs or habits according to their appearances, facial expressions, behaviors etc. He could even use all clues to find out the criminals. No modern technology, not enough helpers, he only used his logical thinking.

From then on, I began to read more detective novels, watch more detective plays such as An FA Xian Chang, Bones, Lie to me. I dreamt of being a policeman who can use wisdom to catch criminals. It is regretful finally I become an English teacher.
Maybe I could not achieve my dream, however, I still stick to my hobby. Not everyone could turn your hobby into future career, but the most important is you could have a dream and you should insist on it.

Step5 post-writing
Work in groups: check the compositions about the spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes. And share the good sentences in groups.
Teacher share the good composition with the class.
