Step1 lead-in
Lead in by following questions:
How is the weather today?
What season is it now?
How many seasons in a year? And what are they?
(设计意图:通过问答的形式引出本课,并且训练学生的听说能力。)
(板书本节课标题:Lesson37: Seasons and Weather与四个季节:spring, summer, autumn, winter)
Step2 Pre-reading
Let the students read the new words and some of them can not read the last two words: outside, skate. Then the teacher give two pictures of each word and let the students guess the meanings of them then teach the students to read the word .(检查预习情况,讲授本节课的单词,有重点的学习。)
Step3 Free talking
