The students have learned the general information about the Silk Road, including the places of interest, some famous and great cities along it in Units 1&2. They have know something about the Yellow River, the Mogao Caves, the ?Zhongshan Bridge in Lanzhou, the Mother River Statue and some other old paintings along the Silk Road. ?They also have learned about the famous cities along the Silk Road, such as Beijing, Xi'an, Lanzhou ?and Dunhuang. So this class will focus on the delicious food along the Silk Road and the Road and Belt.
