Step1. Revision
Check homework: Say something about Xi’an
（设计思路：以展示家庭作业的形式回顾上节课所内容，也为本课做了一个良好的铺垫。西安是丝绸之路的主要城市今天我们学习另外的一个城市-兰州，从而自然引入本课）
Step2. Lead in
1.Greet the students in English and then show a short video about Lanzhou. Let students get to know about the city.
2. Ask students to answer the question: “What can you see in the video?”
（设计思路：欣赏兰州的景色及美食来让学生了解兰州，通过观看视频提问的方式导入本课）
Step3. New words
1.Show pictures to learn new words. At the same time fill in the blanks with new
words according to the given sentences.Teacher should pay attention to students’
pronunciation and correct it.
2.Read and repeat the new words and phrases. Students read the words after teacher
for the first time, and then read after the recording.
