活动1【导入】Warming-up & Greetings:
Greet the students. Good afternoon, boys and girls. How are you today? what’s the date ?Can you tell me what you like to do after school? Ask the students what they are interested in. Give them some activities to choose. Then introduce the new unit. Write after-school activities on the blackboard and discuss.
活动2【讲授】Presentation
1. New words: Discuss their after-school activities and then lead in ,teach the new words” one by one.(read and repeat)
2. Listening comprehension:
Ask the students to listen to the tape and do Exercise 1 on Page 53. Listen to the statements and tick what Jim is going to do this week?
3. Reading comprehension:
Now, read the lesson and underline the structures with be going to. Discuss the answers as a class. Check the answers together. Lead them to Pay attention to use the sentence structures with “be going to”.
