As an important and independent component, the topic of this lesson is closely related to the theme of the whole unit. It starts a different topic from that in Lesson 19 and is also a language input and connection with Lesson 21. This lesson helps to improve students' comprehension, thinking , reading and writing abilities.
Analysis of the students
Most students are familiar with the expressions of some common activities and some know how to express the future plan on the benefit of extensive reading in their daily life. But A few of them are weak in English and they may feel confused to meet with many new words while reading.
