Step1: Leading in
1、Show the picture to the class
T:We have now read the story of Patrick Moore, what have you learnt from this story?
2、Have students look at the title and the picture, and answer the questions.
3、Tell students that we are going to learn another story about Jane Goodall .
Step2: Skimming
Learn new words
1、Show the new words :chimpanzee,Britain,kiss,hug,Africa,come true to the class and learn them together.
2、Have students skim the article and answer the questions. Then check the answers together.
Step3:Reading
1、 Give students five minutes to read the article and underline any key words,phrases,sentences that they can find.
Have a few students say out the words,phrases,sentences that they have underlined,then study the story together .
Play the recording and have students read after the recording.

Step4: Discussion
