V. Learning procedures:

Step 1 Greeting and leading-in

(Greeting and show some pictures about the different food between Hunan and Zhaotong so that the students are interested in the lesson.)

T: --How are you today?

Ss:--I’m fine.

T: -- Do you know where I am from? Can you guess?

Ss:-- Hunan.

T: --So do you want to know some food of Hunan? Let’s enjoy them. How about Zhaotong’s food?

Step 2 Ask the students what their favorite snack is and then ask them if they want to know how to make a sandwich。

T: -- What’s your favorite snack? My favorite snack is a sandwich. So do you want to know how to make it?

Step 3 Ask the students look at 1b ,listen to 1a, then finish 1b by themselves. After that check the answers ,at that time we will learn the new word (pear honey butter piece ) by using the food.

T:--At first, please look at 1b,listen 1a and finish 1b by yourselves. Ok, now listen carefully.

T:--Have you done it? Let’s check it .Who want to answer the Blank 1/2?

T: --how about the ingredients? (show pear honey butter and bread to teach the new words.)

Step 4 Show the process about how to make a sandwich.

Ask a student come to the pat do it and other students say the process step by step.

T: -- Who want to help me make a sandwich

and others please tell him or her how to make it step by step.(Teacher should lead the students say the steps and be careful of the student if she or he is right.)
