Step I. Warming up
Greet and enjoy a song with the students. As we know : Well begun , half done . To have a good beginning , and motivate the students interest . I let the students sing the song together . So the students feel relaxed and happy in learning English.
Show a picture of me to students, then ask students “Do you know him? Do you want to make friends with him? Let’s play a guessing game and know something about him.
Step II . Presentation
1.New word.
Show some pictures to show the new words and phrases: pancake, pizza, lemon, comb, hate, play the violin, … My purpose is to show the beautiful pictures with the mufti-media to attract the students attention and make the students take an active part in speaking English , so that they have more interests in learning this lesson.
2.Listening
Listen to Danny’s report and circle the words.
3.Reading
①Read the lesson and answer the questions.
