Step 1 Talking : (about 5 min)
Get the Ss to think about the questions and talk in class:
What would you like to be in the future ? Why ?
【设计思路】:让学生根据25课课后完成的作文来谈论这一话题,为进一步的学习和谈论做好铺垫。
Step 2 Presentation: ( about 6 min )
Show some pictures and teach the new words, help the students to answer the questions and understand the meanings.
【设计思路】:用图片新授单词,让学生可以对形象生动的画面产生深刻的印象,激发学习兴趣,调动多种感官参与学习活动,更好的理解单词意思以及在语境中的用法。
Step 3 Listening(about 3 min)
Play the tape, get the students to listen and answer the question.
After listening, check the answers . Make sure that the students can understand.
【设计思路】:培养学生的听力,让学生大致了解文章内容。
Step 4 Reading (about 10 min)
Get the students to read the text and write down the answers to the questions.
After reading , check the answers. Make sure that the students can understand.
Then explain the new words and useful expressions in class.
【设计思路】:培养学生的阅读能力,让学生深入了解课文内容,能够使用简略答语正确回答问题,并掌握生词和短语。
Step 5 Talking ( about 6 min )
Ask : Would you like to be a pilot in the future ?
Why or why not ? Do you have a fear of heights ? What will you do to overcome it ?
Get the Ss to talk in class.
