Describe the spring scenery
Guiding Teaching scene
Show a video about spring to lead in the new lesson.
Teaching steps
Step 1.Have the students read the song and help them to learn the new words and phrases of the text .hillside, gently, melt， wind ，One by one
Step 2. Read the song aloud as a poem. This song has common English words: come with me, through the trees, one by one, the flowers blossom. Translate these expressions into English.
Step 3. Play the audiotape and let the students just listen with the eye closed.
Step 4.Give them some time to read the text themselves. Then let them act out the dialogue in groups. Correct their pronunciation when necessary.
At last, the teacher explain the text in Chinese, make sure the Ss can understand the meaning of text.
Play the tape again and let the students sing with it. Ask students to describe the spring scenery in their own words.
Step 5. Explain the knowledge points to the class.
1. gently adv,温柔地，轻轻地
She is a gentle girl. 她是个温柔的女孩。
The girl says everything gently. 这女孩子说什么都柔声细气地。
2. wind n. 风 为不可数名词，其形容词为windy，表示“刮风”时常用动词blow。
There was much wind yesterday.=It blew strongly yesterday. 昨天风刮得很大。
3.one by one 一个一个的.类似的有：day after day,一天又一天。year after year，一年又一年。
They stood up one by one .他们逐个地站了起来。
4.through 与across
Across 与on 有关，在表面进行，through 与in 有关，立体内部穿过。
(1).They ran across the street.
(2).They came in through the back door.
Step 6. Practice the song a few times, with and without the audiotape.
