Class opening(1minutes)
Greet the students in everyday English. Make sure they can response correctly.
New lesson
Step 1 Lead in(3minutes)
The teacher will show some pictures about pets. They are fish, dog, pig, parrot, chicken, duck tortoise.
Think about the questions in “THINK ABOUT IT”
1) Do you have a pet? What is it?
2) What kind of pets would you like to have?
Just let the students think about the questions. They are supposed to answer them later,
Step 2Review (4minutes)
words: finish the excises according the Chinese. Ask seven students to give the answers, including the pronunciation and spelling of the words.

Step4 Task2:Read in roles act it out (3minutes)
Have them read the text for a few minutes and read in roles .Girls read Jenny’s words and boys read Danny’s words. Correct their pronunciation if any. Then ask two students to act out the dialogue in roles.
Two students will do the action of Danny and Jenny.
Step5 Task3:Talking and writing(24minutes)
