Step 1: Free talk
What animals do you like? Why? Where can you see them?Is your city zoo open?
Give them a few minutes to think and talk about this question.It,s a warm-up activity.
Step 2:New words
First: show two kinds of animals ,gentle animals and dangerous animals. Let the students recall the words about them. At the same time ,teach the new words by pictures and pronounciations.
Step 3 :Check the new words.
