1. Show some picture.This is our shoolyard Our schoolyard is very beautiful and clean.

2. Show other pictures. rubbish ['r?b??]

There is a bit of rubbish on the ground.

['gɑ?b?d?]

There is a lot of garbage in the river.

Garbage is another way of saying rubbish.

3. Show some picture. Teacher asks some questions. Students anwer

T: What are they doing? S:They are cleaning up our schoolyard S:They are cleaning up the rubbish. S: They are picking up the rubbish

4. Some students of Class Three are cleaning up our schoolyard. There is a lot of garbage in our schoolyard. If there is too much garbage ,our schoolyard will be dirty . We should pick up the garbage when you see it.
