2学情分析

八年级的学生对于英语学习应该具有一定的基础和方法,但我的学生对于英语的学习还没有掌握好的方法,学生在学习中还存在许多问题。就本班学生来说本来英语学习基础最差,所以把所学英语知识是否能灵活运用对它们来说就更难了,因此课堂中老师尽可能多的运用多种教学方法来引导学生学习。

3重点难点

目标语言的掌握。

Vocabulary: attention, rubbish, pollution, explain.y

Phrases: lean up, draw one’s attention, pick up, a bit of.

语言技能的提高。What does “rubbish” mean?

Its aim is to remind people to protect the environment

Think about it

Learn the new words of this lesson. And ask the Ss to remember the vocabulary according to the phonetics.

Ask the Ss if they know the World Environment Day.

If not, then talk about its time and what people do on that day to elicit the topic “Let’s Clean Up”.
