本课时的教学内容是冀教版八年级下册英语第八单元的第四课时,主要涉及保护环境的介绍。在授课之前先让学生自己说一说自己了解的环保知识,也可以询问同学如何进行环保的情况。课上可以通过让学生小组合作的形式进行相互交流;然后教师通过幻灯片、图片向学生展示使用保护环境的情况,并让学生用英语简单介绍自己是如何进行环保的,培养环保意识,保护环境就是保护我们自己。
