九、实践反思
可以从如下角度进行反思(不必面面俱到,不少于200字):
After this lesson, I thought a lot.
Every teacher wants to have an effective class. I think an effective class comes from 4 parts, learning by doing, teaching by doing, layered teaching and various evaluation mechanisms.
In my lesson, I emphasized the first three points. Students learned by doing and I taught by doing. I also divided students and tasks into layers and choose the best group according to their behavior in class. But the evaluation mechanisms were still not well used in this lesson.
So, in my future teaching, I will pay more attention to my application of evaluation mechanisms and try to bring competition into class to perfect the layered teaching.
