学情分析：本课是两篇e –mails的阅读文章，九年级（3）班学生有一定的英语基础知识，同时本课仅有一个新单词peacemaker ，学生阅读理解较为容易，通过掌握已学过的单词短语，从而达到分析问题解决问题的目的。
教材重点：掌握已学过的单词、短语，如peacemaker /have a fight with/miss the game /be angry with /be ready to beat each other /sit down /hold a meeting /have a good talk/say sorry to each other /Friendship is very important .
