Step 1:Warming up
T:Do you have a good relationship with the people in your life?
Ss:Yes,I do/No,I don’t.
T:OK,I hope all of you can have a good relationship with the people in your life.Then what do you think is the most important thing in a good friendship?
Ss:Communication!
T:Yes,you are right!Communication is the most important thing in a good friendship.So this unit we are going to learn why communication is important and how to get along well with others.Now let’s begin!
设计意图:以学生感兴趣的话题开篇,重点在于吸引学生的注意,培养学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的口语能力。 二、展开过程,探究新知
Step 2:Presentation
1.Teacher shows the cards with the words(communication,naturally,anger,solution)and teaches them.Make sentences with the words and explain the meanings.
2.Give the students five minutes to remember the words.And then the teacher takes out of a card of them.Let students spell and read them one by one.
设计意图:教师以卡片的形式学习新单词并单个记忆,学生记得快。老师还可以找几名学生比赛记单词,调动他们的学习热情。
3.Open the books to Page 130,listen and read.(Listen to the tape and pay attention to the words’pronunciation) Then ask some students to stand up and read the words,the others pick out the mistakes.
4.The students read the text by themselves and try to find out the main phrases and sentences in the dialogue.
设计意图:让学生能抓住文中重点词汇和句型,善于归纳。
5.Give the students several minutes to remember the dialogue,then role play the dialogue.
设计意图:通过学生们熟记对话并把他们表演出来,加强了学生们的记忆,同时也锻炼学生们的口语表达能力。

Do Exercise 2 and Exercise 3 on Page 131.
