You mustn’t throw litter around.

Step 1 warming up (5 minutes)
Present some pictures and information to guide the students to think about ,“what is the most important in the world? Draw out the topic — Health.
Carry out a test with the students to learn their state of health.
Step 2 Presentation (15 minutes)
1. Play a game with the students, have them recognize good habits and bad habits.
Have a sentence making competition. Demand Ss to do it with the sentence pattern, “...is good/bad for our health”. Ask them to use the gerund as subject.
Match habits with pictures in 2. Then give suggestions with the modal verbs should / shouldn’t, had better / had better not, must / mustn’t.
List some bad habits. Ask Ss to change the bad habits into good ones by using must or mustn’t.
Step 3 Consolidation (8 minutes)
1. Have Ss observe the picture in 1a. Guess what is wrong with KangKang and what caused it.
