2.教学背景分析本单元是七年级下册第五单元。经过一个多学期的中学英语学习生活，学生们已经学过由why, where, what 引导的特殊疑问句，具有了学习本单元知识的认知前提，学生比较容易接收新的知识。
学生情况分析：本单元许多有关动物的信息能激发学生的好奇心，使学生产生了解它们的强烈欲望，有利于本课的教学和学生学习兴趣的培养。
3.教学目标分析1、语言知识目标：

Drills:—— Why do you like pandas?

使学生熟练谈论自己喜爱的动物并给出理由。
