在教学中,主要采用任务型教学和情景式教学相结合。“任务型”课堂教学模式是将英语的教学目标整合到一个或多个具体的活动任务当中,使学生在使用英语完成任务的同时,在不知不觉中学会英语,更主要的是培养学生在完成任务的过程中提高英语学习的运用。另外,通过看病话题,为学生创设较为真实的语言情景,让学生运用所学的知识进行交流,以学生为主体真正参与课堂活动。

四、教学目标:

1.Knowledge aims:

?Students will be able to listen, read and recognize the new words and

know how to use them. Words and phrases: cough, fever, headache, stomach

ache, toothache, since, catch a cold, take sb’s temperature.

Students will be able to use the present perfect with “for” or “since”

in the conversation about seeing the doctor.

2.Ability aims:

?Students will be able to understand the dialogue between the doctor and

The patient, and be able to grasp the detail information.

Students will be able to understand some instructions and suggestions

of the doctor.?

Students will be able to?role-play on seeing the doctor with what they’ve learnt in the lesson.

3.Moral aims:

?Students will be able to know the importance of keeping healthy. And pay more attention to the illnesses and health, and develop healthy living style.

illness.

Students will be able to understand the questions in seeing the doctor

situations and give proper response, e.g. How can I help you?

for/since...
