本单元以家庭成员为题材,要求学生谈论自己的家庭成员。通过对家庭成员的描述,学习和掌握指示代词、名词所有格以及人称代词主格和形容词性物主代词。

学情分析

教学方法
以说为主要教学方式,以讨论为主要方法,通过同桌讨论和小组以及全班讨论,让每个学生充分练习口语和说的能力,并将听说读写有机地贯穿一体。
教学步骤
Step 1:Warming up
Ask students to look at a family tree and talk about family members
Step2:look at the pictures and say
Ask students to look at a family photo of Jack and ask students questions about Jack’s family with”Is this..?/Is that...? Are these...?/Are those...? so that students are familiar with the usage of this/that/these/those.
Step3:Performance
Give students two minutes to practise the short conversation and then ask two students to perform.
A: Is this Jack’s cousin?
B: Yes, it is.
Step 3:Learn the usage of this; these; that; those
Step 4: Exercise
Ask students to finish activity2 and some exercise on PPT.
Step 5: Guessing game and do some exercise
After the game, ask students to finish activity2
Step 6: Learn the usage of subject form of personal pronoun and adjective possessive pronoun
Step 7: Exercise
Ask students to finish activity5
Step 8: Summarize
