Based on the above theory, this lesson will stimulate students’ interest and desire to use the new ways of writing to express their thoughts.
3. Analysis of teaching material
The main target in this lesson is to help students use making comparisons and giving examples to make their statements clearer. However, the contents in the textbook are too scattered and lack a theme that can inspire the students. Thus I decide to create a situation for students to write and use what they’ve learnt in this unit.
4. Analysis of students
Junior Two students bear curiosity to explore the unknown knowledge and take interest in expressing their ideas in English. They have certain abilities to think about questions and solve problems in English. They are willing to work with others.
