(设计目的:以简短视频导入课题,利用活泼的多媒体画面,调动学生积极性,并以What are you going to do at the weekend? 这个问题进行口语及听力练习,激活学生思维,锻炼学生的听说能力。)
Step2. Pre-listening(听前活动)
1. T:Boys and girls , Let’s look at “What are they going to do ?” ( 分别出示活动2这6幅图,让学生说出内容,幻灯片2-3)
2. T: Please say it quickly when it is disappeared. (让学生快速说出活动名称,当活动名称消失的时候,幻灯片2-3,)
3. T:Great,can you write them? Please write the activities under the pictures. (设计目的:学生在图片下写出活动名称然后核对答案,指向模块教学目标的语言知识目标)
4. 导入听力材料
T: Class,do you want to know what are Betty and Daming going to do at the weekend ? Let’s listen!
Step3. Listening
1. T:First , listen and answer the two questions. (总听)
1) Who is going to have a piano lesson?
A. Betty B. Daming C. Lingling
2) Is Daming going to have a picnic on Sunday afternoon?
A. Yes, he is . B. No, he isn’t.
(设计目的:带着两个比较简单的问题第一遍听材料,让学生对材料有整体把握)
2.T: Listen to Part1 and answer “What is Daming going to do on Saturday? What about Betty?” (设计目的:对第一部分材料精听填表格,然后个别学生对答案,幻灯片6,与第一遍听相比,更深一步,而且表格的设计让学生思路清晰,内容把握全面,指向模块教学目标的语言技能目标)
3.T: Well done. Now ask and answer in pairs.
Eg : --- What is Daming going to do on Saturday morning ?
--- He is going to check his email and do his homework.
(设计目的:充分利用表格,锻炼学生的口语表达能力,指向模块教学目标的语言技能目标)
4.T:Listen to Part2 and fill in the blanks. (幻灯片7)
Tony doesn’t have for the weekend. He wants to stay at home .
Betty ask him to go with them and she thinks it’s going to be a weekend.
(设计目的; 对听力材料第二部分采取挖空形式,既训练了学生的听力能力又练习了本单元的重点单词,指向模块教学目标的语言知识目标和语言技能目标)

1.跟读课文,培养语感
T:Class, let’s read after the video, paying attention to the tone,intonation and pronunciation. (设计意图:给学生正确的输入,跟读课文,观看动画(教学资源包CD-ROM),加深理解,指向模块教学目标的语言技能目标)
2.小组合作读课文
T:This time, let’s read in groups,then show in the class. (设计意图:分小组朗读,组长带领,相互帮助,可以齐读,分段朗读,边读边译等表演对话,进一步加深理解。指向模块教学目标的语言技能目标)
3. Show in groups. (小组展示,及时评价)
