本课是外研版英语七年级下第5模块第1单元,模块话题对应《英语课程标准(2011)》话题项目表中的第11个话题购物中的子话题:购物计划,商品,选择,付款和个人喜好。
第一单元的对话以为妈妈挑选母亲节礼物导入购物的话题,呈现了在不同场合下有关购物的一些交际用语。学生通过对话的学习,学会用“How many...?”“How much...?”对可数名词和不可数名词的数量进行提问,学会在真实语境中用“What color...?”“What size...?”“How much...?”对物品的颜色,尺码,价格进行询问,学会灵活使用购物用语,能创设情景进行交际,包括买卖物品,挑选商品,讨价还价,付款等。达到能用英语进行交流购物,培养学生英语交际能力的目的。学情分析:
本课授课对象是我校的七年级2班的同学,这个班是普通班,学生水平参差不齐,基础普遍比较薄弱,但是这个班的同学能够勇于发言。课前测显示学生们在小学学过购物这一话题的相关内容,学生知道 How much 是询问价钱,What color是询问颜色 What size 是询问号码大小,但是不能用完整的句子询问颜色,价格和衣服尺码大小,另外也分不清How many和How much的区别。学生能够说出strawberry, lemon,market, supermarket等词汇,但是不会拼写; 表示价格的half price, sale对于部分学生是陌生的。教学目标:在本节课结束时,学生能够:
1、获取对话中不同人物所购买的物品的时间、内容、数量和价格的相关信息;
2、(1) 理解所学内容并且用所学习的词汇、句型和交际用语,作为一个顾客为家人购买礼品;
(2) 理解所学内容并且用所学习的词汇、句型和交际用语,作为一个售货员帮助顾客购买他/她所需要的礼品。
知道母亲节的日期,能在母亲节送母亲一个礼物,说出对母亲的感谢,做到感恩母亲。

难点:
1、价格表达法How much is...? 和How much are...?区别;

3、对于What can I do for you? 和Can I help you ?的不同回答。突破重、难点措施通过向学生讲述老师去年母亲节收到的礼物让学生熟悉相关句型和单词,并且用自然拼读法帮助 记忆单词的拼写。
通过反复播放听力难点的上下文,让学生在语境中体会half price 的意思。
通过听对话,观看视频,学生讨论,学生小组练习和内化价格表达法。
