Step1 Lead-in
Have a free talk with the students by asking
“Do you like shopping?” “Have you got anything on the Internet?”
Step 2 Pre-reading
Present the following sentence, list some ways of shopping, and then enjoy a video to ask “Which way of shopping is the video about?”
“There are several ways of shopping, and online shopping is one of them.”
Talk about online shopping by asking the following four questions. At the same time, teach the new words.
“What can you buy?” “How to buy things online?”
“Is it good or bad?” “How is it changing our lives?”

(1) Skimming
Skim the passage quickly and match the main idea with the paragraph.

(1) Read para.1 carefully, fill in the blanks and then read together loudly. Later, retell the way to buy things online together by using the words “first, second, then”.
