Step 1 Lead in
1.The whole class read the words together( Prepare the class)
2.教师、学生互相打招呼“Good morning!”然后教师向学生播放一首关于春节的歌曲,然后问学生“What do you think of the song?”引出本模块的主题:Spring Festival
3.教师紧接着询问学生:“What do you know about the spring festival?”让学生思考他们春节会做什么,并叫学生起来回答。看学生说的差不多后,教师向学生展示PPT,从Before the spring festival和 During the spring festival来进行概括归纳。
4.通过以上的导入,学生对春节已有大致的了解,由此学生们可轻松的进入课文学习。
Step 2 Review the words and expressions
让学生大声朗读本课中的重难点单词及表达,接着教师只展示英文单词,让学生说出对应的中文意思,这步可让学生在进入阅读前把单词掌握好,给阅读文章做铺垫。
Step 3 Pair work
展示三幅有关文章内容的图片,询问学生“What is happening?”并要求小组讨论,可让学生自己先通过图片猜测文章的内容。这能激发学生的想象力,增加了他们阅读课文的兴趣,为阅读课文做了铺垫,同时也锻炼了学生的口语表达能力。
Step 4 Reading.
1. Fast reading: try to match the paragraphs with the pictures.(教师播放录音,叫学生跟着录音阅读文章)
