本班学生基础较好,学习积极性较高,但阅读的思维品质尚未形成,需要老师给予一些简单的阅读技巧来帮助学生理解文章。本课是第7模块的第二单元,学生在学习第一单元后对过去式已经有了一定的了解,并且也学了关于本单元的生词,在此基础上学习这篇含有was/were描述过去的文章,对本课的学习有了一个良好的铺垫。本课以关于对贝蒂昆西生活的描述和自己过去生活的口头作文作为最后的输出展示环节,模仿别人的故事来将自己的过去生活,这样能够激发学生的兴趣,贴近生活。
