依据新课标及教材内容，本课的教学目标如下：
知识目标
掌握本课出现的不规则动词过去式。
掌握一般过去时特殊疑问句型：
—How long did it take to get there?
Who was with you?
What did you do?
Did you…?
能力目标
（1）能听懂谈论旅行经历的对话。
（2）能使一般过去时特殊疑问句谈论假期旅行。
（三）教学重难点
熟练掌握并运用一般过去时特殊疑问句谈论假期旅行。
三、学情分析
七年级学生从学生年龄和生理特点上看,他们好奇心强，乐于表达。但学生个性仍存在差异，所以在教学中要兼顾学生的不同能力水平，力求使不同类型和不同层次学生的能力都能得到提升。
四、教学法
依据新课标，教材分析及学情分析本课我选用多媒体课件、图片等教具为辅助，运用情景教学法、游戏法、任务型教学法等方法调动学生的学习兴趣和求知欲
五、教学过程
Step 1 Warming up
Look and say
Show some pictures let students look and practise the sentence: What did she/ he/ they do yesterday?
Do a chant
以富有节奏的说唱形式展示重点动词及过去式
【设计意图】本环节采用图片问答复习一般过去时，通过朗朗上口的说唱活动进一步强化训练不规则动词过去式，而欢快的节奏使学生在愉悦的氛围中解决本课的重难点词汇。
Step 2 Presentation
1. Teacher shows a photo about her holiday journey and introduce something about it, let students pay attention to the important sentences that we can use to express a holiday journey. 教师先用自己生活中一张旅游照片向学生介绍自己的旅游经历，从而引出本课的重点句型，同时在教师的操练中降低课文对话难度。
2. Teacher tells students that Betty, Lingling and Tony are talking about their holiday journey. 教材对话内容如下：
①Try to listen and answer some questions:
If students are unable to get all the answers, read carefully to get them.
Read after the tape sentence by sentence and try to imitate it.
