Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Revision
Revise some words about body language.
Step 2 Consolidate new words
Look and say. The teacher shows the pictures of new words and let the students to say as quickly as possible.
Step 3 Reading and vocabulary
1. Match the words with the parts of the body
Look at the pictures and match the parts of the body.
2. Read the passage and answer the two questions.
1) Is body language the same in different countries?
2) Is it all right to stand close to people in the Middle East?
3) Do the British like touching people?
4) Do Americans look at people when they talk?
5) Do people in Greece wave goodbye?
3. Let Ss check(√) in the blanks on the table according to Activity 2. and then check the right answers in groups.
