Imperative sentences: 表示请求,命令,警告,劝告,禁止的句子。
肯定祈使句:1.以be 动词开头;2.以实义动词开头;3.以let开头.
e.g.Be a good boy.
Open your books.
Let me help you.
否定祈使句:1.以Don’t开头;2.以No 开头;3.以Never 开头.
e.g.Don’t forget me.
No smoking.
Never be late again.
Step3.Consolidate the use of imperative sentences.
1.Finish the exercise in the learning paper.
a.Choose the correct answer.
b.Fill in the blanks and use the correct form of the words.
c.Rewrite the sentences (Activity3)
d.Translate the sentences and use the imperative sentences.
2.Talk about do’s and don’ts in Britain.(Activity1)
Different countries have different body languages. We have already learn about some British body languages. Now let’s talk about them.
Do’s: Stand in line. Shake hands.
Say ‘please’and ‘thank you’.
Open doors for others. Be on time.
Look at people when you talk.
Don’ts: Don’t touch people. Don’t ask a woman’s age.
Don’t stand too close. Don’t say anything too personal.
Step4.Work in pairs. Talk about dos and don’ts in our class.
Step5.Homework.
