Step 1 warming up
1. T: Do you like watching the Olympics?

2. Describe the pictures and talk about the sports .

Step 2 Learn the new words.
1. Use the pictures to show the new words.
2. Try to use the comparatives when they are learning the new words.
设计意图:学生词时尽量用上比较级,对新知识的复习,检查学生掌握程度。
Step 3 Reading and vocabulary.
1. Describe the two pictures with their own words.

Step 4 Reading practice.
