创设情境引入新课

Step1 Lead-in

T:We saw a piece of video Teahouse just now. It’s one of Lao She’s most famous plays. Do you know Lao She? Now, let’s know him. Do you know this man?

S: Yes, It’s Lao She.

T: Well, what do you know about him? Such as Where does he come from? What does he do? When and where was he born? etc. If you want to know these information about him, please look at the screen. (T shows the biography of Lao She by PPT)

合作探究

Step2 Work in pairs. Ask and answer the questions about Lao She. (Activity1)

What do you know about Lao She?

What are his most famous books and plays? What’s special about Lao She’s Teahouse?

The third question is more difficult than the other two ones, so if you want to know more about Teahouse, please open your books and read Activity2 by yourselves.
