Step 1. Warming-up
Students watch a video and follow the video to sing and dance. This video is about the rules.
(设计意图：用规则的视频导入课紧扣后面即将学习的内容，另一方面激发学生学习本课的兴趣。)
Step 2. Showing the studying aims to the students
(1) To review the words and phrases of Module 11.
(2) To practise using the modal verbs : can/can't;must/mustn't; need/needn't.?
(3) To describe(描述） the customs(习俗）with can/can't;must/mustn't.
(设计意图：设定了三个教学目标，第一个教学目标是复习第11模块的重点单词和短语；其次是练习使用情态动词can/can't;must/mustn't; need/needn't；第三个目标是学生能用这些情态动词去描述习俗。三个教学目标环环相扣，缺一不可，有单词和短语的复习，有情态动词的使用，再到使用这些情态动词来运用英语。复习了第11模块的重点内容。)?
