教师活动:

Step1:The?teacher?shows?different?pictures?of?a boy ?at?different?times?and?asks?the?students?the?question---what is the boy doing?/What was the boy doing?

Step2:Ask?the?students?to?find the difference between “He is washing. And he was washing.

学生活动:Watch?and?listen?carefully?and?try?their?best?to?guess?what the boy is doing /what the boy was doing.

设计意图:通过guessing?game,回想现在进行时和获取进行时的结构并找出这两种时态的区别。

Watching and speaking

教师活动:Show?the picture in which there are many students .Ask?students?to practise the dialogue “what was he/she doing? He/ She was singing.”

学生活动:Watch?the?picture?carefully?and?practice the past continuous tense?.
