T:1)How are you today?
2) Is the weather hot today?
3) Do you want to watch a magic show?
2. Show the rules: when I say“One two, three, close! ”You must close your eyes. When I say “One, two, three, open!” You can open your eyes.
T: Class, are you ready? Now , please close your eyes. Let’s begin our games.
Show some goods ( a piece of flowers, an apple, a pie),then ask and answer.
T: One , two, three, open!(At the same time, take away the cloth that covers the flowers.)
T: What are they? Ss: They are flowers.
T: Do you like flowers (ask S1 )? S1: Yes,‥….
T: S1, Smell it! Can you say something about it ? It looks or smells‥….
S1: It looks beautiful.
T: Very good! Here you are! Thank you! Sit down please!
Drill the dialogue like this.
Lead-in the title: Today, we will learn something about Feelings and impressions.
Show the title and write it on the whiteboard.
Talk(show a cup of vinegar, let some students smell it and ask S1):
T: Does it smell delicious? S1:No,it doesn’t. I t smells sour.(lead-in the new word: sour.)
Lead-in the new words.
Show some pictures and learn the new words.
Ask: How many senses do we have ? What are they?
Look at the table and complete it, then read together.
Make some sentences by looking at the pictures.
Step2. Presentation
Listen and number the pictures.
Listen again and complete the sentences.(We know that adjectives follow sense verbs. through these sentences.)
