Process and methods
Students in groups revise the words about healthy food and fast food by a computer game.
With a passage includes many kinds of expressions ways to say “should do” and “should not do”, students get to know how to use these ways to express by themselves.
Students fill in the form of “food and exercise” about how to keep healthy.
Students learn in groups to learn more about the knowledge from each other.

教学过程:
Step 1: lead-in
Show a student’s picture for students, and let students choose one food for him if he wants to be healthy. (选择本班同学照片更能激起学生的参与度。)
Step 2 :Activity:A computer game about which one is healthy food for boys and girls to get the score. (教学目的:提起学生兴趣,带动全班同学进入到学习过程,从而在游戏中复习了关于健康食品与不健康食品的拼写,为最后的作文做准备。)
Step 3: Ask students if only food can make, we healthy, and then show exercise for them. Show some pictures about exercise for students and its different expressions. At the same time, write kinds of food and exercise on the blackboard. (教学目的:帮助学生建立如何保持健康的知识框架)
Step 4: Exercise 1: fill in the blank of the passage about “how to keep healthy” with many kinds of expressions. And let one student to write her own answer and advise other students to check their answers. (教学目的:在填写文段中从文段中学到各种表达方式在文段中的应用)
Step 5: Exercise 2: make students underline the sentences that mean suggestions, and then check the answers. Then teacher write the expressions in the passage on the blackboard. (教学目的:让学生参考他人的表达方式,帮助孩子在自己的写作中运用。)
Step 6: attention:
show the passage with three parts.
Ask students which tense did the passage choose, give the answer to students “一般现在时”.(教学目的:注意一些写作中容易出现的问题,避免出错。)
Step 7: activity:
Show some example phrases of suggestions.
Ask a boy and a girl say a sentence means “You should do exercise” with different ways as many as possible, the most one is the winner. (教学目的:输出阶段,帮助学生更好的使用出来)
Step 8: Exercise 3:
Show a form of food and exercise, let students fill in the form with their own answers about how to keep healthy with food and exercise. (教学目的:为学生的写作提前打好框架及所学知识的输出过程。)
Step 9: Writing:
Give time to students to finish an article about “how to keep healthy”. At the end of the time, give the scale for students to let them give score for their article, and check it. (教学目的:帮助学生学以致用,并且用客观标准去评价自己的文章,懂得如何完善。)
