教学方法;Formal and interactive practice
教学准备:多媒体、白板、教学课件等。
教学步骤:
Step 1 Greetings
Greet to the students。
设计意图:拉近师生之间的距离。
Step 2 lead-in
1、T:My hobby is reading. Reading is interesting. Reading can make me happy.在白板上版书,并分别问班上的一个男生女生,What’s your hobby? What do you think of your hobby? 并将句子板书在白板上,接着转问全班What’s his/her hobby? What do you think of his/her hobby?并引导全班学生回答。
2,通过动画图片引入有关爱好的图片。(playing basketball ,reading, dancing, swimming, drawing, growing , vegetables, taking photos等 )
让学生就图片快速回答What’s his/her hobby? What do you think of his/her hobby?
设计意图:通过展示有关爱好的图片,让学生说出相应的英语句子,不仅能够激起学生的学习兴趣。通过本环节复习本模块重点知识。
Step 3 Work in pairs. Look and say, Look at the picture carefully. Ask and answer the questions about the activities in it.(展示课本第52页第2部分图片)
先全班一起List the activities: riding a bike, drawing, reading a book, making something, playing with a pet.让学生两人一组先用两分钟进行问答,再请五组学生站起来就图片进行问答。What’s his/her hobby? What do you think of his/her hobby?
设计意图:让学生感受兴趣爱好的表达,能够自如地表达朋友的爱好,培养说的能力。
Step 4 Put the words and expressions in the boxes into correct columns.(课本第53页第5部分)
学生先齐读第五部分方框中有关爱好的单词,词组。再给学生两分钟的时间两分钟的时间独立完成。接着个别提问前两个sports, collections.全班一起说出others.
设计意图:培养学生的词汇学习策略。
Step 5 Make at least five sentences about your hobbies.(课本第53页第5部分)。屏幕展出例子:My hobby is swimming.
Swimming can make me strong and healthy.
给学生一分钟时间仿写句子。接下来请五个学生站起来,每人说出一个句子,全班复述。
设计意图:让学生能够学会知识的运用,提高写作能力。
Step 6 Language practice
展出五个句子,让全班齐读一次。
1. David Smith is a student.
2. It came out as a book in 2012.
3. David wrote a story about the life of a sixteen-year-old boy.
4. Hobbies can make you grow as a person.
5. I will show you my stamps too.
6. There was a writing class.
接下来通过例子学习句子的基本成分,六种基本句型。
