由于学生对英语很有兴趣,学习热情较高,乐于参与各种英语实践活动,能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,互相帮助,共同完成学习任务。但有小部分学生学习热情较低。九年级学生已具有一些基本的英语会话技能,可以应付日常生活中的常用对话。在学习本课前学生已经能够娴熟地使用两人合作小组、四人合作小组的方法进行语言的表达与交流;基本能学用英语相结合,用英语开展思维,分析(复述)课文,发表个人看法;能够根据话题和所学英语表达关于博物馆的话题。

2.Present pictures of different kinds of museums and ask students:

What kind of museum is it?

活动2【讲授】While－reading 评论

Task1:Ask the students to skim the passage and match the paragraphs with their main ideas.

Number the floors in the museum. Pay attention to the difference between British English and American English as well as the Chinese meaning.

Task2:Ask the students to read the passage in details.

Read paragraph1 and complete the sentences;

Go over the rules that we learnt in Unit 1. Be a polite visitor.

2.Read paragraph2 and answer 2 questions:
