四教学设计

Step1: Warming up

The teacher’s activity: Ask students to recognise the words and then spell

them and finally say the Chinese.

The students’ activity: Learn these words and remember them.

Purpose: This lays a foundation for the following steps.

Step2: Brainstorming

The teacher’s activity: Let students see the word "education" to make them think of "school". And then ask students two questions to make them talk about school easily. "What words can you think of about school?" "What words can you think of to describe school?"

The students’ activity: Answer these two questions.

Purpose: To make students talk about school and improve their oral abilities.

Step3: Speaking

The teacher’s activity: Ask students to talk about your school." What do you

The students’ activity: Use the sentence patterns to answer the questions.
