As Grade 9 students, mastering how to offer suggestions successfully is a kind of necessary writing skills.
Students have learned many ways to offer suggestions in Grade 8 and Grade 9, but some of them can’t distinguish the tone of many sentence patterns of giving suggestions. So it’s easy for them to mix the way of giving suggestions and make the composition uncomfortable to read.
Students in Grade 9 usually find it easy for them to give suggestions, but sometimes they couldn’t make all the pieces of suggestions related to the writing purposes, which makes the composition illogical.
Some of the students in Grade 9 usually offer many pieces of suggestions without necessary details, which makes the composition general and not persuasive. And also suggestions without necessary details hardly draw readers’ interest.Teaching objectives:
